More Shows

Hello internet, Future Self has two more shows in the not too distant future…Check out our dates button above for more information…You can also find us on Facebook, Myspace, and Last.fm. We’re hard at work on an upcoming full length album due to be released in late 2010. So keep your ear to the ground (but make sure the ground is sanitary first). We don’t want you getting an ear infection.

New Shows, New Lineup, New Record.

Welcome to the home of Future Self… This is where you can find our music, dates, and info about our fancy band. Debt to a Muse, our debut record, was released on July 31st, 2009. You can find a copy at CDBaby.com, our shows, or download it for free here!

We have two shows coming up. The first is at 10PM on January 13th at Drunken Unicorn (at the MJQ Concourse). Its all ages, so bring your babies! (That was a joke. Though I have nothing against babies directly.) The second show is on January 29th at Eddie’s Attic. This is a midnight show…So if you want to get technical about it, its on the 30th…But rock and roll wasn’t built for technicalities so, lets just leave it at Midnight on the 29th. These are going to be a lot of fun. Please, please come party with us.

Debt to a Muse

Hello.  Welcome to the home of Future Self.  Here you can download the new EP Debt to a Muse, find out the latest on the band and dates, and more in the future.  We’re getting our act together and will be playing in the Atlanta area and beyond in the very near future.  For now, enjoy the fruits of our labor below. You can also download them in the free download area just above.  Me and Joe have been working hard on these songs and we think you’ll like them…. Check out the spectacular paintings that Ali Bats did for us.  Each painting above represents each song on the record.  Find us on MySpace and introduce yourself.  Follow us on Twitter. Give us a shout and let us know what you think of the record.  We’re new here, but we hope you like it.

A New Era

Future Self has come to be, spawned from the mind of Will Mitchell and his cadre of companions. Stay tuned.
